AUTHENTICTRACKRECORD SITE SECURITY RULES

Users are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of any AuthenticTrackRecord Site, including, without limitation,

(f) accessing data not intended for a user and approving information which the user is not authorized to approve.

(g) forwarding the Authentic Track Record id of another user without their prior approval.

(h) Editing of hard copies of Authentic track record by users is not allowed as this makes the Authentic track record invalid.



OTHER AUTHENTIC TRACK RECORD SITE RULES

(A) Those who do not choose to maintain an authentic track record are restricted from registering, as the main objective of the system is to maintain high level of authenticity.

(B) Hard copies of Authentic Track Records are issued only for complete authentic track record holders. This is request based. An additional verification may be conducted before the issue of such hard copies. Users are required not to take Screenshots print, cut and pasted prints, which makes the record invalid.

(C) Circulation of Hard copies of Authentic Track Record if issued is the sole responsibility of the authentic track record holder.

(D) Circulation of Hard copies of Authentic Track Record by the holder does not mean that the user is looking for a change in Job.

(E) Maintaining an authentic track record is the responsibility of the user who holds an authentic track record. The system only provides an infrastructure to support this cause.

(F) The current system is a beta version. If any issues or bugs are identified, users are requested to inform by submitting the bug report form on the bottom of the home page of AuthenticTrackRecord.com.

(G) Authenticity of each record is maintained only if each element which form the Authentic Track Record history are updated by the right reporting relationship. To maintain an Authentic Track Record, the site requires Authentic Track Records holders to allow only authorized reporting authorities to update their records. This can be the direct reporting manager, the HR Manager or in smaller companies, the director who will be expected to update such records.

(H) Delegation of update by the reporting managers is not allowed, as this will dilute the Authenticity of each record.

(I) The system expects requests for updates, by reporting managers, to be forwarded to, and updates initiated from official mail ids to the maximum extend possible. This is to maintain a high level of authenticity.

(J) Authentic Track Record Holders should be aware that, copies of approvals could be stored for re validation. Re validation and additional validation of existing Authentic Track Record is possible at any point of time.

(K) Maintaining a highly authentic track record is the responsibility of each user who choose to maintain it.

(L) Users who receive Hard copy are required to review the record online using the authentic track record id to make sure that there is no discrepancy.

(M) Users are required to review the access allowed on their complete record or part of it, from time to time to make sure that only the right access rights are given.

(N) Authentic Track record site holds the right to review any record to ensure that the system maintains a high level of authenticity.

(O) When any fraud or wrong representation are identified, such records may be inactivated by Authentic Track Record without prior notice till the Authentic Track Record holder proves the Authenticity of such records or information.

(P) Registering with Authentic Track Record does not mean that the users record is authentic, unless the records are directly updated by authorized professional relationships which are mainly direct reporting in nature.

(Q) The level of authenticity of a record is based on the right professional relationships updating the individuals record. The end user can evaluate the level of authenticity based on information provided along with each performance record.

(R) Certain performance records which form part of an authentic track record could be in the process of being updated and could be marked as “in process”. In these cases, end users are request to wait for such records to be updated completely before key decisions are taken.

(S) Un approved records cannot be considered as a complete authentic track record.

(T) Data once updated by the professional relationships cannot be edited and hence users are required to take at most care in initiating the update process.

(U) Students below the age of 18 are required to use only by utilizing the direct guidance of parents or elders who can maintain records on their behalf.

REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you directly or indirectly. DISPLAY OF AUTHENTIC TRACK RECORD

• The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.
  
  
• The amount paid entitles the subscriber alone to the service by AuthenticTrackRecord.com for a period of subscription opted for from the date of up-linking of the AuthenticTrackRecord on the website AuthenticTrackRecord.com or such other mirror or parallel site(s) as AuthenticTrackRecord.com may deem fit and proper but such web host shall be without any extra cost to the subscriber / user.
  
  
• AuthenticTrackRecord.com offers no guarantee what so ever nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the AuthenticTrackRecord are put on display.

• This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
  
  
• AuthenticTrackRecord.com has the right to make all such modifications/editing of AuthenticTrackRecord in order to fit the AuthenticTrackRecord in its database.
  
  
• The liability, if any, of AuthenticTrackRecord.com is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber.
  
  
• The subscriber shall be assigned password (s) by AuthenticTrackRecord.com to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through its site AuthenticTrackRecord.com, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and AuthenticTrackRecord.com shall not be responsible for data loss/theft or data/corruption or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party.
