Be ready for a paradigm shift in Management,

ATR based on the access provided by the individual. Since the
spectrum of usage of ATR spans beyond corporate’s and
business, and since it mainly reflects the individuals commitment
to maintaining an authentic track record, viewing an ATR does
not mean that that individual is looking out for a shift in
Job.
