The placement of such false data, information, job postings etc are a violation of the Authentic Track Record, terms of Use and may also be a criminal violation of federal and / or state law or any other prevailing law.

Authentic Track Record is dedicated to stopping such abuses and to provide a highly authentic environment for you to search and manage your needs.

Here are some important tips to use when dealing with prospective employers or other users.
Do not give any critical contact or other country specific numbers like social security number, PAN number etc unless you are confident that the other party is who they claim to be. For example, you could ask them for a callback number to use for verification purposes. Or you can ask Authentic Track Record for a forced verification report.

Be careful when providing credit card or bank information, or engaging in any monetary transactions. Be sure to verify the legitimacy of the employer and other users with whom you are interacting.

Do not provide any non-work-related personal information (e.g., Pan Number, Social Security Number, Eye colour, marital status, etc.) over the phone or online.

Be cautious when dealing with contacts outside your own country
Be wary and aware of E-mails that offer an opportunity that involves acting as a go-between for money transfers. Disregard the email and DO NOT follow through with any such offers made.
