Unique identity for ATR holders
Authentic Track Record introduces personalized stationery. Now authentic track record holders can buy their ATR Folder with personalized ATR ID card. This has been introduced to provide an unique identity for their performance, and commitment to ethics and authenticity. Plastic and cardboard folders were earlier sold at stationery stores, which were used to hold Resumes. Now, with the transition from Resume to Authentic Track Record, there is a need to bring the right talent and values to the limelight.
 
Beta Version of Authentic Track Record launched
The beta version of Authentic Track Record was launched on 31st of January 2008. There are many features and improvements planned to the current system which has been filed for a patent. According to Ken Georgie Mathew, the next version of the system is expected to be rolled out by mid of 2008 with major improvements to the current system.
 
Integration of Authentic Track Record with HRMS initiated
The Authentic Track Record system is currently being integrated with HeadStart HRMS. HeadStart is a Human Capital Management system for SME’s and is currently sold and implemented on an open source model. ATR System integration is expected to add value to any HRMS especially for faster decision making capability for decision makers like Managers and to create a win-win work environment where all role holders are equally benefited.
